Domain Areas

· Good Domain knowledge in Capital Markets spanning at least some of these areas - Trade Life cycle, FO-MO-BO, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Trading, Clearing and Settlement, Stock Exchanges, Securities Services, Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Controls,

· Asset Classes : Equity, Bonds, Funds, Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options), OTC Derivatives (IRS, Equity Swaps)

· Strong Experience in BA skills - gathering and analyzing system requirements.

· Experience in creating business requirements document, functional requirements documents and test cases.

· Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills

· Working knowledge of SQL

· Experience on Agile - User Epics, User Stories, Grooming, Backlog maintenance, Product Demos

· Experience in creating test scenarios, review of test cases.

· Experience in leading/ participating in UAT/Market Testing with clients.

· The candidate will need to directly interact with business stakeholders. With the Equity Trade lifecycle understanding as base, the client said he can bridge gaps (if any) on the FX Order Management. A conceptual understanding of FX should be fine.

· Additionally, the candidate having exposure to MT-MX conversion will be helpful. SQL skills - basic queries, joins, group by, count of orders, volume of trades. will be essential as it would be an independent role with minimum dependence on Developers.

· Should be able to translate business requirements into BRDs (structured format - objective, scope, assumptions, rules etc..) and its implementation in in-house applications.

· Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - process definition, requirements gathering and analysis.

· Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and use stories. Hands on experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Visio. Jira will be an added advantage.

· Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to clarify delivery requirements.

· Possess a delivery focus.

· Experience in Software product development; business and technology transformation; Agile methodology.

· Ability to drive interactions with Program Manager, Senior Sponsors within business & technology teams.

· Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders, ownership of project outcomes.

· Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes.

· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

· Key behavioural skills - Effective Communication, Client Focus, Execution Excellence, Collaborative mindset, Managing Change

Key responsibilities

· Driving requirements analysis across multiple programs

· Managing requirements backlog, prioritization, estimations and planning

· Owning the delivery of requirements documentation, business process documents, functional architecture

· Collaborating within project and program teams to deliver technology solutions for solving business problems.

· Managing User Acceptance Testing and supporting business adoption
