What You'll DoWe are seeking exceptional candidates with experience and passion to fill the Lead Analyst position in BCG's new product business unit.

This global business unit is an integral part of BCG's strategy to develop new digital client service offerings in order to deliver superior value and sustained impact.

The unit has responsibilities for full-life cycle of BCG proprietary data and software assets, from initial business case to roadmap delivery, launch, and ongoing support operations.

All of BCG's core product capabilities are housed within the business unit including product management, design, development, support and data analytics experts who work in deep collaboration with BCG practice areas, consulting teams and clients.

This team, of highly motivated and insightful colleagues, will provide an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment supported by a global management consulting firm, which is the world's leading advisor on business strategy.

You will join an expanding team which support multi-million dollar BCG products and projects at our client organizations. You will join the X Operate team to manage the maintenance of the products/projects for our clients.

YOU'RE GOOD AT


Project management/delivery and take end to end responsibility for project work and high-quality outcomesEstablishing credibility by providing expert perspective on methodology and leads scoping, work-planning and day-to-day Activities.

Delivering on analytics projects mostly working in the capacity of project lead, individual contributor and by involving other team members as necessaryTracking and managing client requests and taking ownership of issue resolution within SLA timelinesEnsuring team compliance to set processesSharing fresh and commercially relevant topic/sector expertise in support of client work & internal developmentResource deployment (staffing) according to business needsInterviewing and recruiting top technical talent for the teamTeam and people ManagementCoaching and mentoring to professionally develop the teamStrong Communication skills with clear and confident articulation, able to deliver messages in a concise manner with strong and effective written and verbal communication.

Analytical solutioning with hands on experience in advanced analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of analytics. Strong analytics skills with the ability to develop and codify knowledge and provide analytical advice where required.
Deep technical expertise inProgramming language - Python and SQL (Must have)Data Visualization – Tableau and/or PowerBIExposure to ETL frameworks and data pipelinesCloud experienceDomain expertise in any one or more of the followingRetailPricingSupply Chain

What You'll Bring

7+ years relevant work experience providing advanced analytics solutions (preferably in the consulting and/orUndergraduate degree in a field linked to business analytics, statistics, economics, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred in analytics with experience across various domains.
Deep understanding around two-three sectors (Eg. FI, Telco Media Technology, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, e-commerce etc) is an added advantage backed by solid project experience.

Consulting teams & clients to ensure high service levels and quality deliverables.
Team of Analytical and engineering specialists.

The BCG X Operate team is comprised of data engineers, data scientists and business consultants who specialize in the use of advanced analytics to get high-impact business results.
