Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Executive - People Service Specialist

Role reports to: Manager-People Service Specialist

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Location: Pune

Purpose of the Job:

To support the entire employee lifecycle and assist the team in their day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management (Full time)
  • Around 4-6 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • to end management of new hire.
  • on knowledge on Success factor HRMS
  • with new hire for pre-employment medical checkups.
  • Background Verification (BGV) process for all new hire.
  • orientation sessions on HR policies and company overview.
  • the first two days of the induction plan.
  • joining expenses payments and handle daycare and nanny allowance claims.
  • factory visits for new hire at required locations Pune/Bangalore.
  • accurate master files for new employee salary data and share with payroll.
  • new joiner files for admin and IT teams.

Offboarding:

  • end to end offboarding process
  • and update exit clearance forms.
  • exit process guidelines with employees.
  • relieving letters to exited employees.
  • a master file for exit-related data and recoveries.
  • exit file with actual reasons for exit analysis.
  • exit forms with Compensation and Benefits team for analysis.
  • timely termination of GADD IDs.
  • Full and Final settlements for separated employees.

Other Responsibilities:

  • PAN India holiday calendar starting from October.
  • Spider announcements for new joiners and role changes.
  • internal and external audits for HR processes.
  • internship letters and employment letters to consultants.
  • and update employee policies on Spider platform.
  • as SPOC for providing centralized data when needed.
  • digitization activities in the HR function.
  • of HR Chatbot and taking it ahead to next level of success.
