Customer Support Intern

Responsibility:
)
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payments
- Provide technical support including help with new installations / app download
- Check account status for customers
- Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
- Inform customers of current promotions or special sales
- Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution
Requirement:
)
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to request
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Bilingual: French and English a MUST

- Preference to Final Year Students in respective field
- Best In Class training and development, work closely with management team
- Laptop is Mandatory with minimum 6 months of Internship
Timings
- Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm ( 1 Sat off in month )
- Stipend + Food Allowance + Partial Conveyance + Certification + Job Offering
Salary: ₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
