Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers through multiple channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

2. Utilize effective communication skills to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers.

3. Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring accurate records of interactions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

5. Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction.

6. Utilize MS-Office to create reports, analyze data, and streamline processes for improved efficiency.

7. Utilize Hindi proficiency to assist customers who require support in their preferred language.
