We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be working remotely from Bengaluru and play a key role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of our complex web applications using .NET technologies and Angular framework. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and Angular framework, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and performant solutions, considering factors such as maintainability, extensibility, and testability.
  • Review and approve code changes, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutions to complex problems.
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on .NET and Angular, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Angular (version 2 and above).
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript, as well as database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale web applications in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or speaking engagements at industry conferences.
