We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be working remotelyfrom Bengaluru andplay a key role in leading the design developmentand maintenance of our complex web applications using .NETtechnologies and Angular framework. The ideal candidate should havea deep understanding of software architecture design patterns andbest practices with a proven track record of delivering highqualityscalable and maintainable applications in a leadershiprole.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadthe design and development of web applications using .NETtechnologies (C# ASP.NET Core Web API) and Angular frameworkensuring adherence to best practices and codingstandards.
  • Provide technical leadership andmentorship to a team of developers fostering a culture ofinnovation collaboration and continuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including product owners designers and other stakeholders todefine project scope requirements anddeliverables.
  • Architect and implement scalablesecure and performant solutions considering factors such asmaintainability extensibility andtestability.
  • Review and approve code changesensuring code quality performance and adherence toguidelines.
  • Drive the adoption of newtechnologies tools and processes to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of the development team.
  • Identifyand mitigate technical risks and challenges providing strategicguidance and solutions to complexproblems.
  • Contribute to the development oftechnical roadmaps aligning with business objectives and industrytrends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred).
  • 8 years of experience infull stack web development with a focus on .NET and Angularincluding 3 years in a technical leadershiprole.
  • Expertlevel proficiency in C# ASP.NETCore Web API and Angular (version 2 andabove).
  • Deep understanding of softwarearchitecture design patterns SOLID principles and microservicesarchitecture.
  • Strong experience with frontendtechnologies such as HTML5 CSS3 TypeScript and JavaScript as wellas database technologies (e.g. Microsoft SQL ServerPostgreSQL).
  • Proven track record of leading anddelivering complex largescale web applications in an Agileenvironment.
  • Excellent leadership communicationand problemsolving skills with the ability to influence andmotivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience withcloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure) DevOps practices andautomated testing frameworks.
  • Bonus:Contributions to opensource projects technical blogs or speakingengagements at industry conferences.
