We are hiring for this exciting role specifically to support our client, Little Spoon ( from May-July 2024. Little Spoon is the fastest growing baby and kids food brand in the US.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a part-time, experienced, go-getting, events and natural products-loving Brand Ambassador Lead to join our SchroderHaus crew.

This opportunity is a part-time role from May-July with the potential for continued work after this contract. Reporting to our Lead Brand Ambassador, the Part-Time Brand Ambassador will play an important supporting role in activating programming for Little Spoon. Specifically, this work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Participating in Little Spoon brand and SchroderHaus guerilla marketing training sessions
  • Staffing on-site events - for example the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and Film on the Rocks - to build awareness of Little Spoon and its products with a high-energy, enthusiasm and brand knowledge
  • Delivery and table sampling of Little Spoon products at local companies and organizations like Hike It Baby, Kickin' It Kids Gym, Candeeland Colorado Kids Gym, etc.
  • Pick up and return of product at our cold/dry storage vendor as well as of event materials at the SchroderHaus office or other storage facility. Careful care and inventory management for all product samples and event materials
  • Consistent communication with the Lead Brand Ambassador and Founder, Head of the Haus, via email about event and sampling activations
  • Perform against key program KPIs (e.g. # of samples distributed per event), including but not limited to a goal for the number of samples distributed at an event and new consumer engagement/touch points
  • Submission and approval of event/activation reports within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results and consumer feedback.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU'RE A FIT?

  • You're ready to dive right in We're looking experienced Brand Ambassadors who are ready to start working with our team as soon as possible
  • You're a social chameleon. You're comfortable approaching a variety of strangers and speaking in a natural and compelling conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer.
  • You thrive in a family friendly and fun environment.
  • You've had at least a year of experience in varied Brand Ambassador roles, sampling and selling products at events, in-store (grocery demos) and more
  • You are PUMPED about the idea of getting experience with an entrepreneurial agency team that's dedicated to providing clients kick-ass, creative support
  • When you reach for a snack, it's typically one that's free of weird stuff like pesticides and preservatives - you LOVE finding new natural foods to NOSH on
  • You like to laugh and have fun
  • Ability to travel throughout the region (Greater Denver Metro Area) with reliable transportation that can get you and samples to and from events
  • Ability to work weekend events from May-July
  • Must possess both a clean driving record and no criminal record
  • Must have a valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked and proof of vehicle insurance as required by state law.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position will be required to stand and walk around at events for 8-12 hours and must be able to bend and carry up to 50 lbs alone and up to 100 lbs with another team member.

Benefits

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Our Part-Time Brand Ambassadors will earn between $20-25/hour based on experience, and will work, on average, 15-20 hours per week from May-July 2024.

Additionally, Part-Time Brand Ambassadors will earn a $50 bonus on days of event activations to help cover mileage and meals.
