Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Company: Omniskope

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and evaluate requirements for Salesforce and Pardot projects.
  • Develop, test, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce using various technologies.
  • Create Pardot solutions aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance Pardot assets like email templates, landing pages, and automation.
  • Integrate Pardot with Salesforce and other systems for data synchronization.
  • Tailor Salesforce and Pardot functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Pardot functionality and data.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Optimize workflows for efficient processes.
  • Aid in data migration and enrichment projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and system stability within Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce and Pardot features and trends.
  • Provide training on Salesforce and Pardot best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on Pardot for at least 3 years.
  • Proficient in workflow creation and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Data Loader for data management.
  • No Third Parties/Agencies.
