Sales Support:

    About the position:

Responsibilities:

Customer Portal Management:

  • Download, check, and distribute new orders from Customer portals, including blanket orders, prototype orders, and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) orders.
  • Download, check, and distribute new RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from Customer portals.
  • Download, check, and distribute drawings and Product Validation Reports (PVRs) from Customer portals.
  • Upload quotes in Customer portals.

Client Support:

  • Prepare digital files for new RFQs from clients.
  • Support Quoting prototypes to clients promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare customer specific price lists.

Order Processing and Tracking:

  • Check and distribute prototype orders, while maintaining an organized list.
  • Check and distribute PPAP orders, ensuring updates to the corresponding list.
  • Check and distribute tooling orders, integrating them into the tracking list.

SAP Data Management:

  • Update prices in the SAP system accurately.
  • Create and manage prototype orders in SAP.
  • Ensure all relevant data is kept up to date in SAP.

Sales Contract Management Support:

  • Assist in managing sales contracts by ensuring all contract data is thoroughly checked and available for reference.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience around 510 Years in sales support, Customer Management, or a similar role, preferably within the Truck Trailer Bus and Automotive segment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must
  • Selfstarter mentality
  • Take responsibility to complete task and continuously improve outcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with supplier portal management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in Global Environment having intercultural sensitivity.
