Location:
Global People Shared Services

Purpose:

Together with the support of our key stakeholders, the Skills Powered Delivery Team is tasked with successfully transitioning Arcadis into a Skills Powered Organisation.

We will be embedding skill-based talent practices throughout the lifecycle of the employee experience, so we may attract, grow, and connect our talent globally.


Embracing this skills-focused philosophy will be one of the largest, most impactful endeavours we will embark on as an organisation.

We will therefore be delivering this in multiple stages (referred to as Horizons) with our people's experience central to all our decisions.


The purpose of the Global Skills Program Coordinator is to support the delivery team with the seamless delivery of deliverables related to the Skills Powered Organisation program.

Reporting to the Skills Program Lead

  • Arcadis Skills Powered Delivery Team, including the external Implementation and Technology Partners
  • Capability & Workforce Readiness COE team
  • Wider People and Culture Team
  • Global People Shared Services
  • All other SPO key stake holders

Individual Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination, consultation, and support for program deliverables, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Developing and managing the administrative process and procedures
  • Formatting documents to a level suitable for presenting by the Delivery Team.
  • Extracting user guide information to create training materials
  • Organising meetings, including preparation and distribution of the agenda, minutes, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinating the monthly invoicing and processing of purchase orders
  • Supporting the Skills Program Manager in the tracking of critical issues (spreadsheet or database).
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, persona development interviews, focus groups, cocreation studios, testing, pilots, crossfunctional working groups, and any other engagements
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by the Program Lead
  • Supporting the Skills Program Manager in the followup with Key Stakeholders about scheduled deliverables
  • Liaise with the Finance team to ensure that all invoicing is completed in line with our partner's payment terms
  • Ensure compliance with contracts in terms of project delivery parameters and scope of service

Key Shared Accountabilities:

  • Become an expert on the Skills Powered Organisation philosophy and contribute to the ongoing dialogue about research and new innovations in this space
