We're fueled by a passion to provide innovative solutions and driven to connect the world in meaningful ways.The ServiceNow Lead Solutions Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of procurement and logistic solution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation and integration of the ServiceNow Procurement Service Management with other modules (HAM & SAM etc.,) of ServiceNow, with the internal and external systems like ERP and other functional systems.
Responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture.
Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.
An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.
Able to work with cross functional teams with accuracy and strong attention to details.Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution. Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project. Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training. Evaluates new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and the suitability/applicability in the current environment.
Qualifications:
Expert level Architecting, design and development of applications using ServiceNowExpert level implementation of Procurement Operation Management:
Procurement Service Management & Supplier Life Cycle ManagementExtensive experience with implementation of Asset Management:
Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM)Extensive experience in integration including web services (REST), MID Server and Integration Hub spokes for ERP applications etc.
A strong background of ServiceNow development using Service Portal, Client & Server scripting, Flow Designer, HTML and CSS.Good experience with implementation of Virtual Agent, integrating Virtual Agent with MS Teams and other web applicationsVery good knowledge of Procurement and Logistics business functionStrong experience with Telco wireless network technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVery strong team playerWeekly Hours:
