How will you contribute in this role?
  • Developing reports and analytics utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools and technologies such as BI Publisher, HCM Extract, OTBI, and Dashboards.
  • Addressing and resolving technical issues associated with Oracle HCM Cloud reports.
  • Remaining informed about the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, updates, and features.
  • Investigating and resolving system and technical errors, troubleshooting systems and data, and generating effective solutions, including system modifications or new procedures.
  • Identifying and examining operational and system issues and opportunities to produce efficient solutions.
  • Collaborating with CEG teams, Technology, and other partners to support roadmaps and explore process enhancements with Oracle HCM products.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a report developer role with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support.
  • Proficient technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including expertise in BI Publisher, SQL, HCM Extract, OTBI, Tableau, and Dashboards.
  • A strong blend of business acumen and technical knowledge with a demonstrated history of driving platform changes with a customer-first approach.
  • Capacity to challenge existing technologies and processes.
  • Sound comprehension of HR business processes, HR data models, and HR industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
