Business Intelligence Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same

Customer Relations

Ensure customer grievances are addressed on timely manner Ensure timely Redressal of pre & post sales customer queries Ensure proper documentation for all clients
