ESTABLISH SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND REVIEW MECHANISMSTO SUPPORT CHANNEL GROWTH. MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES TEAM AND MOTIVATING MEMBERS TO MEET OR EXCEED IMPLEMENTATION OF KENDISTRIBUTION PROCESSES RECRUITMENT. TRAINING & RETENTION OF TEAN CHANNEL PARTNERS DEALERS AND SALES EXECUTIVES.

Relevant/Additional Experience : Hands on experience in Channel Development in Battery Inverter

Team Handling Experience Mandatory
