- Establish a performance evaluation routine for the team, give feedback constantly to each member, and set expectations about their delivered results.
- Contribute to the implementation of a design & innovation culture, by applying design thinking techniques and by encouraging discussions about future vision & Prospects.
- Articulate vision, inspire clients to adopt a design thinking mindset and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Apply design thinking approach, design methodology, tools & processes to generate new ideas and concepts.
Job Description
- Lead the user research process, understanding user needs and translating them into actionable design solutions. This involves activities like user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Craft high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that visually represent the user experience. These prototypes are used for internal discussions, user testing, and to guide development.
- Act as a bridge between various stakeholders. They collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all touch-points. Excellent communication skills are crucial to conveying design ideas and presenting user research findings.
- Staying updated on the latest UX design trends and best practices. This ensures the implementation of effective design solutions based on the evolving user landscape and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience as a User Experience Designer with substantial experience in product and web/mobile application design.
- A portfolio showcasing UX design work and process.
- Knowledge of Product Design, Design Thinking, and Usability Principles is a must.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Good to have IDF & HFI certifications or any other. Equivalent
- Proven track record of successfully designing and launching user-centred products.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into creative and effective design solutions.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with UI design principles and tools.
- Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS).
- Experience with user experience (UX) research tools.
- Understanding of tools that power our design ambitions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
