About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on recruitment and staffing
2. Work on employee relations
3. Work on training and development
4. Work on benefits administration
5. Work on HR compliance
6. Work on documentation and reporting
7. Work on assisting in HR projects
8. Work on data entry and analysis
9. Work on general administrative support
10. Work on learning and development
11. Work on communication
Additionally, HR interns often have the chance to gain exposure to various aspects of HR to help them develop a well-rounded understanding of the field.
