Roles&Responsibilities:

  • Managingaccounts and business development activities with the existing andnew clients with continuous on the go support and services for allexisting clients in Fintechspace.
  • Shouldbe able to coordinate with the Product and Tech team for all userrequirements and bridge the gap between clients and technicalteam.
  • Driveproduct lead sales focusing on scaling the lending platform salesfororiginators.
  • Engagewith potential clients from business development to go live servingas the first point ofcontact.
  • Identifyupsell and crosssell opportunities to boostrevenue.
  • MeetOriginators Fintechs NBFCs Financial Institutions and otherenterprises build rapport facilitate for onboarding and businesscommencement with lenders though the lendingplatform
  • Closepartnership alignments between lenders and originators forsuccessfulgolive.
  • Alignprocesses and platforms between lenders and originators to scalebusiness
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to deliver targetedoutcomes.
  • Wellversed in preparing presentations and reports including commercialproposals emailers and other marketing material as required forboth customers as well as internal stakeholders andmanagement.
Requirements
  • 8to 12 years of experience in fintech banking or relatedindustries.
  • Strongunderstanding of the fintech landscape banking requirements andretail lendingplatforms.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and collaborationskills.
  • Experiencein Sales / Partnership / strategic alliance roles B2B SaaS fintechor lending platformspreferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field. MBApreferred.
