KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
As a Group Head of ART (Digital Media), your role involves overseeing and leading a team of digital artists in the creation of visual content for digital platforms.

Leadership :
You'll be responsible for providing visionary leadership to the digital art team, inspiring creativity, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strategy :
Develop and implement strategies for digital media projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. This may include setting artistic direction, establishing workflows, and defining project timelines and milestones.
Team Management :
Manage a team of digital artists, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. You'll need to ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Project Management :
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital media projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.
This may involve coordinating with other departments or external stakeholders.Creative Direction :
Provide artistic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that their work aligns with the project objectives and brand guidelines.
You'll need to have a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a strong understanding of current trends in digital media.
Technical Expertise :
Stay updated on advancements in digital art tools, techniques, and technologies, and provide guidance on their adoption and implementation within the team.
Client Interaction :
Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or feedback.
Quality Assurance :
Implement processes and standards to ensure the quality and consistency of digital media deliverables, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to the team.
Risk Management :
Identify potential risks and challenges in digital media projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Collaboration :
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the digital art team and across other departments, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
