Job Title: Group Head - IMC

Reporting to: Director - IMC

Location, Country: Mumbai

Brief Role Description: Currently seeking a Group Head IMC and Advocacy to join our team, responsible for identifying new content, sports, and movie marketing streams, building partnerships, and creating consumer-focused solutions for brands across various mediums.

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Understand brands' value propositions and communicate confidently.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers, develop team, and engage with clients.
    • Collaborate with digital, insight, and activation teams and streamline partner ecosystem.
    • Lead brainstorms, develop proposals, and drive client sign-off on projects.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
    • Additional tasks include conceptualizing tech-driven engagement strategies, pitching projects, and collaborating with stakeholders for mutual benefit.

The Candidate:

  • Should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong client servicing skills, and a keen understanding of audience behavior and technologies.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in creative/influencer agencies with a track record of working with known brands.
