Technical Product Manager

You are responsible to drive the execution of cross-team projects from inception to launch, define and prioritize road maps and define user stories.
You are self-motivated and take measured risks. You can operate successfully and independently in a rapidly changing and undefined environment.Work Location:

Responsibilities:
Be the Product Owner for technical deliverables; writing user stories, acceptance criteria, stocking, grooming, and prioritizing backlogs, producing release plans and epic roadmaps, running the show and tellsWork with developers and architects to ensure their requirements are collated and prioritized alongside product requirementsSingle point of contact for clarification of requirements for development teams.
Establish and deploy robust requirement-gathering processes to define product requirements as well as build continuous feedbackProactively identify issues impacting the product line and recommend next steps/solutions.
Continuously improve the product development process, incorporating lessons learned and best practicesManage product dashboard and communications to internal teams.Understand Agile estimation approaches and allow the team to manage itselfUnderstand the features and changes in product requirements and support the release planning and sprint planning exercisesExperience with Windows platform and Microsoft stack.
Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a realityAn understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with development teams and Product Management teamsQualifications:
5+ years' experience in defining and managing core products.
Strong knowledge in HR domainStrong technical background with experience in web-based developmentAbility to ramp up quickly on new and complex technical subjectsWork experience in the software industry with a focus on integration & building a SaaS platformExcellent product management, problem-solving, and communication skillsPractical knowledge of agile/iterative development process is mandatory.
Good understanding of product specifications documentationEntrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented.
