As a Global Fund Services Business Integration team member, you'll be responsible for Defining end to end business operating models, conducting gap analysis and partnering with stakeholders ( Internal & External) to deliver risk adverse business solutions for Global Fund accounting clients involving trades, asset servicing, pricing, NAV reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading client duediligence workshops to analyze Client change Requests for Op model creation.
  • Liaising with internal teams and clients to define and monitor service delivery objectives and deadlines
  • Ensuring all changes to products, best practice and operating models are clearly understood by all stakeholders and implemented in a controlled manner
  • Prepare all artefacts and documentation related to the client's Op Model or client change
  • Flexible around arranging /attending meetings across time zones
  • Strong Knowledge of Global Fund accounting ( Trades, Asset Servicing, Fund accounting), Agile, Project management
  • Knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Visio, JIRA, Signavio will be preferred
  • Prior experience of working on Custody or Fund accounting preferred for APAC region
  • Delivering business readiness sign off for assigned projects prior to implementation
  • Business Readiness Governance, ensuring change is completed successfully across operations
  • Review of BI procedures, identifying and implementing efficiencies and improved controls allowing team to engage with the business and deliver projects utilising best practice
  • Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines which comply with internal and external controls to continuously strengthen the controls environment
  • Develop and implement efficient and standardized workflows within the team as well as various points of hand offs
  • Relationship management with clients (including JPMorgan Chase & Co. partner locations) by means of service delivery and proactive approach toward client requirements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting, Custody, Fund Accounting Trades Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of the Securities industry, including dividends, principal and interest, corporate actions, and trading activity
  • Project management in AGILE preferred
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills
  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
