Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daytoday activities to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Help create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Assist in preparing reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Shadow senior sales representatives to learn best practices and strategies for closing deals.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing sales documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn about sales and business development.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary:
₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
