Job Description :

BIZBoostTM Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Sales Executive to join our team. This is a performance-based and target-oriented position that requires a motivated individual with a passion for digital media and sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, lead capturing, sales marketing, and client acquisition .

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, networking & research.

Lead Capturing: Utilize CRM tools to capture, track, and manage leads efficiently. Ensure all lead information is up-to-date and accurately entered.

Sales Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales marketing strategies to promote BIZBoost's digital media growth management solutions. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Continuously strive to achieve higher sales and exceed expectations.

Process Orientation :

  • Champion the value proposition of BIZBoost's global platform and suite of growth services.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through effective networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead complex negotiations with finesse and professionalism.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Explore and penetrate new sales territories and markets to expand our reach.

Salary Structure :

Base Salary | 40 :60

Up to 15% Inventive per sale upon achieving monthly sales targets, in addition to the base salary.

Requirements :

Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

Proven experience in lead generation, conversion marketing, and client acquisition.

Proven experience in sales within the digital media industry .

Strong understanding of Social media, digital and growth management platforms.

Exceptional digital communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools .

Self-motivated & Self-Disciplined with a high level of initiative.

Ahead of Shepherd.

Ready to Execute Skillset, Toolset & Mindset to drive results.

Familiarity with global audiences and international ventures .

Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets .
