WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • As part of TIFIN's Technology division, you will lead the engineering, architecture, and technical delivery for one of our products.
  • Collaborating directly with the executive team across Product, Design, and Technology, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cuttingedge financial products using the latest technologies.
  • We seek a worldclass technology leader who can provide executive leadership for our Engineering organization, focusing on building personalization capabilities for financial advisors with an emphasis on integration capabilities.
  • The VP will play a critical role in the division's growth and be an integral member of the executive team.
  • This leader must possess the market savvy and technical acumen to effectively partner both internally and externally, driving strategy and execution to ensure our success as the leading AIpowered personalization toolbox for RIAs.

THE ROLE :

  • Reports to TIFIN India's CTO
  • Lead project management of technology projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements
  • Develop/implement software code, conduct thorough endtoend system testing, deploy code to production, and provide postgolive support

WHO YOU ARE :

  • 10+ years of experience in software
  • Proficient in Python, Django, Node JS, ReactJS, Pandas, GitHub/GitLab, and Jira
  • Essential understanding of React JS and other MERN stack technologies
  • Ability to lead, design, and implement backend services
  • Experience growing and leading technology teams and driving best practices and coding standards
  • Experience with scalable interactive web applications
  • Knowledge of infrastructure including AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Clear understanding of software design constructs and their implementation
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and analytical problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and pride in delivering highquality work
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with handson experience and a startup mindset
  • Exposure to financial capital markets, financial instruments, and financial tools is beneficial
  • Ability to own the user experience for the customer and work across the stack from database schema to designing APIs
  • Prior experience in AI or Data Science in designing APIs is a strong fit with our tech stack
