ABOUT BONDBLOX Bondblo X is a multi-award-winning Singapore based fixed income-focused fintech that launched the world's first fractional bond exchange – Bondblo X Bond Exchange ("BBX").
Regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore, BBX transforms the bond market globally by enabling investors to digitally trade fractional bonds ("Bondblo X") which are $1,000 fractions of traditional wholesale bonds.
We also have an information service that brings innovation to bond price discovery, AI-based news, analytics, and delivers these services via mobile, web and APIs.
Bondblo X is also an Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) accredited training provider, educating the Singapore finance community on Digital Assets, Bonds and Sustainable Finance.
Bondblo X took 1st place for the MAS Singapore Financial Institution Award 2022 at the Singapore Fintech Festival, and also won the UBS Future of Finance Challenge 2021.
Marketing Lead We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about driving value to customers using personalized engagement.
As marketing lead you will direct the marketing team (2 full time associates and other part-time resources), focused on creating a strong pipeline of consumers opening an account at Bondblo X.
With a strong pipeline of people who have taken free trials and a unique market proposition, the candidate has the opportunity to craft the marketing agenda and impact in a fast growing fintech firm.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Supervise performance marketing plans – notably SEM and YT retargeting – by the Performance Marketing Lead to get efficient and effective CPC and business impact Supervise client engagement executed via the Clever Tap system by the Engagement Lead, to grow account balances, trading and LTV of clients Lead the development of a strong brand for Bondblo X, firmly establishing it as the go-to to buy bonds online and helping democratise the bonds asset-class Manage and build a strong presence on social media for the firm, especially on , with a secondary presence on You Tube, and drive affinity to Bondblo X, and communicate its unique offerings effectively Design campaigns and strategies to increase conversions of the trading and tracking service offerings Lead the user experience on the company website, ensure search optimisation, assess and optimise the martech solutions and improve the app-store optimisation Candidate will report directly to the CEO and lead the strategic discussions around marketing as well as help shape the company's approach and direction What are we looking for? The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience: At least 7 years of experience in customer engagement, ideally at a B2 C product company Customer engagement experience with a B2 C wealth-tech/fintech company is a plus Proven track record of improving conversion rates, sales, other relevant metrics attributable to engagement campaigns Hands-on experience on engagement platforms like Clever Tap, Mo Engage, etc.
