Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description
- Manage the entire sales cycle of a new corporate client from lead qualification to invoicing and maintain a healthy lead to closure ratio. The corporate clients can range anywhere between 100 to 100,000 employees.
- Work closely with Inside Sales Team to understand the business requirements of the clients (qualified leads) and drive them to closure
- Qualify leads from professional networks, B2B channels, and personal networks and drive them to closure
- Conduct demonstrations with HR Leadership teams, CXOs, and HRBPs to explain product offering in detail and address queries
- Understand the needs of the HR and leadership teams and share customized proposals
- Fill RFPs, Evaluation sheets, and provide clients with adequate information to ensure the company maintains a strong position among competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals based on client needs
- Conduct periodic follow-ups on the sales pipeline to ensure continuous engagement and provide relevant updates to the client
- Understand the decision-making process, organization structure, evaluation criteria, and timelines to gain insights
- Document reasons for no sales and communicate them clearly to business and product teams
- Manage the due diligence process, infosec requirements, and other formalities until invoicing is completed
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Hunter Requirements and Qualifications
- Comfortable conducting sales in an enterprise environment across mid-market and key accounts segments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching potential clients
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
