Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless conversion of leads into

enrolled students.

Provide regular reports on outreach initiatives, admission rates, and relationship

management activities, with emphasis on quantitative metrics.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

and challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in outreach, business development, or a similar role, with

a focus on lead generation and admissions.

Prior experience working with design-focused coaching centres is essential.

Capability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Comfortable with data analysis, including estimation and projection of numbers.

Willingness to travel for outreach-related activities.

Location: New Delhi

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
