Are you eager to be part of Arm's Central Emulation team in Bengaluru? Join a team of experienced Emulation experts collaborating globally on innovative Compute Subsystems and SoC projects for premium markets.

Arm is currently assembling a talented group to create cutting-edge silicon demonstrators utilizing Arm's IP compute sub-system solutions. This initiative aims to showcase top-notch performance by developing powerful silicon test chips, paving the way for the future of compute devices on Arm across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with end users to understand system use cases and guide validation
  • Ensure seamless hardware qualification and application use model alignment
  • Engage in an exciting world of Emulation with Hybrid and Virtual Solutions, High/Low speed IO IPs, and SoC integration
  • Support SoC from early stages to post-silicon validation on emulation platform
  • Drive Pre-Silicon Emulation story across SoC teams
  • Work closely with design team to embed quality and debuggability into the design
  • Provide insights to architecture, verification, System validation, Performance, Power, DFT teams for future enhancements
  • Enable comprehensive pre and post silicon test plans in collaboration with the verification team
  • Develop tests, build drivers for IO IPs, and enable frameworks for testing scalability
Required Skills and Experience:
  • BE or BTech in Electronics Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Silicon Validation and Emulation/FPGA platforms
  • Proficiency in developing C/C++/SystemC tests in HDL-HVL Co-emulation platforms
  • Experience with IO bus protocols such as I2C, SPI, USB, and PCIe
  • Knowledge of debugging tools for SoCs like JTAG, Trace32
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Understanding of ASIC design and prototyping flow
  • Familiarity with SystemC/C/C++ and UVM/SV verification languages
  • Experience in domains like PCIe, Flash, Memory, CPU, GPU, DRAM
  • Proficiency in Emulation Tool Chains such as Zebu, Veloce, Palladium
