Data Security and Integrity:

  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.

Performance and Scalability Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor and improve database performance and scalability.
  • Implement performance tuning techniques and scalability strategies to handle growing data volumes and user loads.

Additional Skills and Experience

  • Experience with other technologies such as Elastic, NoSQL databases, and is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with database design and architecture principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a MongoDB Database Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or Perl.
  • Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of data security and protection practices.
  • Experience with integrating MongoDB with other systems and data sources.

Education:

B. Tech or equivalent IT Degree.
