  • Experience in operation ok Kiln /VRM.
  • Actively Participate in Shutdown activities and coordinate with various Service department to get all jobs completed as per time frame and following
  • Able to control optimized operational parameters and achieve operational efficiencies. Able to independently plan and indent refractory material for Kiln annual shutdown.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:1)To reach the operational performance in terms of Productivity and Energy consumption to meet out the unit and business level targets with a high variability in raw material and fuels.

2)Reduction in cost through implementation of various case studies related to productivity as well as reduction in energy consumption.

3)Unit reorganization at national level as well as intra business level.

4)Implementation of sustainability initiatives (SAQs ) at unit level.

Essential Qualification :
BE / B. Tech. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Qualifications:
