JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as part of our Analyst Relations team. This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and will be pivotal in shaping and executing our Analyst Relations strategy, playing a key role in strengthening Emids' market recognition, growing analyst advocacy of our organization, and maximizing the value of Analyst Relations wins and intelligence internally.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  1. Strengthen Market Recognition:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance Emids' visibility and recognition within the healthcare and life sciences sector, including collaboration with organization Subject Matter Experts to create Thought Leadership.
  • Foster relationships with industry analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage and positive visibility.
  1. Grow Analyst Advocacy:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for analysts.
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to drive positive analyst advocacy.
  1. Maximize Value of Analyst Relations Wins and Intelligence Internally:
  • Measure and report impact of Analyst Relations activities.
  • Leverage analyst insights to enhance internal understanding of market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to disseminate key analyst feedback and recommendations.
  • Drive the integration of analyst insights into marketing, sales, and delivery strategies.
  • Educate internal stakeholders about the importance of analyst relations.
  • Oversee analyst subscriptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications). MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Analyst Relations or a related field.
  • Experience into analyst agencies like IDC, Zennov, Forrestor, Gartner or any similar firm is a MUST TO HAVE.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with executives and industry analysts.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences IT services sector.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in using tools and platforms for analyst relations management, benchmarking, and reporting is a plus.
