Month on Month Improvement of Key Metrics like Same Store Sales Growth, Customer retention, NPSEnsure appropriate SOP's are streamlined and monitored for better control.
Seamless co-ordinations with all aggregators and be one-point contact for dispute resolution.Interact with business heads, marketing, finance, operating teams and ensure disputes are resolved in the best interest of the customer and company.
Reduce modifications, cancellations, kitchen preparation timesEnsure listing with a good quality restaurant ranking on all relevant platformsEnsure 100% store uptime in all delivery channelsCommunicate business plans to store teams to ensure maximum returnsAnalyze possible risks and opportunities wrt actual Vs plan and highlight business head ahead of time for actionBe a visionary with a demonstrated ability to envision the end solution and architect the actions necessary achieve that solution.
Requirement:
