Job Description :

  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits and workflow analysis.
  • Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements, User stories, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
  • Work with Product Management and Architects to understand the features including UI design, API interfaces, and task detail. Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies
  • Work independently with inter department groups to define concepts and under direction of project managers
  • Ensures existing design specification and functional specifications are kept up to date as new requirements are introduced and implemented.
  • Tools: TFS, MS Office (Word, Excel and Visio)

Pay is in the range of XY per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
