Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 8+ years of Defined Benefits experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of Defined Benefits Domain
  • Familiarity with RKS/BA7 platform preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SQL
  • Understanding of standard Procedure Documents
  • Knowledge of Testing Procedures
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing stakeholder communication
  • Independently lead client projects and handle multiple clients
  • Familiarity with OTS methodology
  • Strong people management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAIL:

Process/Project Management

  • Initiate/Kick Off Projects
  • Create detailed project plans with WBS and Effort Estimations
  • Allocate tasks and track deliveries against SLA
  • Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Establish and maintain project management routines
  • Initiate, lead, and implement process automation ideas
  • Follow standard Tower-specific practices and procedures
  • Create and maintain project documents

People Management

  • Enhance associate engagement
  • Identify technical/functional training needs and manage training programs
  • Monitor project team performance and take appropriate actions

Communications

  • Manage project/client communication
  • Take ownership of client relationships
  • Coordinate internal stakeholder communication
  • Handle Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication
  • Manage Escalations

Client Delivery

  • Translate complex business needs into system requirements
  • Thorough understanding of Defined Benefits Domain and Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Review and maintain BRD for system gaps and compliance
  • Create/update systems specifications based on requirements
  • Utilize expertise to achieve results with teams
  • Implement best practices to enhance products and services
  • Successfully lead multiple DB clients and resources
  • Manage competing priorities effectively
  • Lead client calls with a technical perspective
  • Create and Review Test Plans & Test Execution results
  • Provide final sign-offs on deliveries
