Mission Statement

The Assistant Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This position demands a well-organized, self-driven individual with strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Collaborating closely with the studio and sales teams, the Studio Operations Coordinator ensures seamless operations and business expansion.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture a positive team spirit among artists and staff.
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, offering excellent service to clients.
  • Maintain the studio's ambiance and hygiene to reflect the brand's identity.
  • Deliver personalized customer service to enhance the overall experience.
  • Enforce adherence to operational SOPs and processes.
  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and consultations.
  • Organize training sessions for artists to enhance their skills.
  • Develop sales strategies to boost studio revenue.
  • Coordinate artist schedules and ensure studio staffing levels are optimal.
  • Collaborate with designers and clients to meet design expectations.
  • Communicate with the sales team to drive revenue and enhance processes.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Generate regular reports to track studio performance.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for data-driven decisions.
  • Manage daily cash transactions and bank deposits.
  • Supervise employee accommodation provided by the company.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Graduate with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Preferred experience in Real Estate, Automobile, or Jewellery industries.
  • Background in retail industry is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Focus on sales and delivering quality customer service.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well with individuals across different levels.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations management is beneficial.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team environment.
