Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in AWS development.
  • Hands-on experience and good understanding of Amazon Web Services. (EC2, VPC, CloudFormation, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch, Lamda, etc.)
  • Strong programming skills in either Java, Ruby, or Python.
  • Familiar with web services and API management.
  • Experience with building, maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and modern deployment methodologies
  • Familiar with RDBMS.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subjects.

Responsibilities

  • Build cloud-based data platforms and solutions by leveraging cloud data warehouse solutions and AWS
  • Build and improve the continuous delivery/code deployments for the platform.
  • Keep the infrastructure compliant with the company and regulatory requirements including but not limited to security, privacy, SOC2, etc.
  • Implement and improve monitoring and alerting framework
  • Work closely as part of the agile teams to improve or build out new infrastructure to support the business requirements
  • Build and automate observability dashboards to provide better visibility in the operational aspects of the systems
