As an MIS Analyst at UNFYD, you'll have a key role in driving decision-making processes using data across different company departments.

Using your skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, you'll offer insights that aid strategic planning and enhance operations. Develop, sustain, and refine management information systems (MIS) to gather, structure, and analyze data from various sources.

• Design and produce regular and on-demand reports, dashboards, flowcharts, and presentations to present vital performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify data needs, set KPIs, and set data quality standards.
• Perform thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement and propose solutions.
• Apply data visualization methods to simplify the understanding and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Monitor data accuracy, solve inconsistencies, and guarantee information precision and coherence.
• Keep informed about industry trends, new technologies, and effective practices in MIS, data analytics, and business analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience (4-6 years) in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Skills in producing Dashboards, MIS Reports, and identifying discrepancies in reports or data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking to convert intricate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and data integrity.
• Experience handling large datasets and relational databases.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in BPO, Contact Centre is desired. The role is situated in Thane, Maharashtra.
