Main responsibility is to administer and support the Network Infra, including monitoring of system, databases, and application health to ensure higher system performance and maximumuptime.

Prior experience working on an enterprise infra monitoring tool and ticketing system is must.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service andInterpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shift to support 24x7 global IT environment and participate in an on-call support during off-hours and weekends.

Good command over communication and collaboration skills to work with global IT team and able to support global users.
Perform after hours scheduled maintenance and support with release/change deploymentactivities.
Should be flexible, quick learner and great teammate with "get-it-done" personality.
Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment.
Good understanding of ITIL processes is important.
Hands-on experience supporting Datacenter systems including Cisco routers, switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Meraki APs.
Proactively monitoring of IT Infra systems and resolve technical issues with SLAs.
Continuously work on Infra improvements while optimizing and automating repeated issues, processes, and to document as SOPs.

Qualifications

Education:
Any Graduate

Experience Required:
5 years of experience working for a mid to large size firm supporting Datacenter systems such as Network Services.5 years of experience in monitoring and supporting NOC operations

General Requirements:

Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management ServiceResponsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of firewall setups and management.

Your role involves resolving operational incidents, managing firewall security policies and rule Sets, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.

Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis.

Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy.
Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis.
Initial firewall/IPS testing of parameters, operation, support, and commissioning.
Knowledge of Analysis of IPSec VPNs implementation and Manage and Monitor all VPN connectivity.
Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures.
Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement Core level debugging.
Experience with Networking Security (Static Routes, RIP / OSPF/BGP/LDAP / IPSEC/SSLVPN/ NAT/GRE/).Proven track record of handling customer issues.
Balancing customer expectations and negotiating successful resolutions.
Existing knowledge of, and experience with public cloud platform (laaS) features, capabilities, And best use.
Experience working on networking devices (Firewall, Switches, and Routers).Management of the Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, and Firewall Network.
Lead day-to-day operations of the Palo Alto Firewall and administration associated with itWill be responsible for the end-to-end delivery.
