The Roles and Responsibilities Include

The Lead Quality is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the company's quality management system. They ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with relevant quality standards and regulations.


• Accountable for Zero errors from 2D Drawings and Cut-list Quality Checks. Experience in translating the voice of Internal/External Customers in executable actions and improvement initiatives.


• MIS Management for Quality Department & Responsible to coordinate with Cross Functional teams (Design, Production, Execution, Procurement) & determine the reasons for SNAG generated throughout the Value stream of process.


• Responsible for enabling robust system that streamlines the Quality assurance mechanism across the Value stream of Design & Cutlist Quality stages. Limit Design & Cutlist SNAG generation to Zero.


• Responsible for Good Documentation practices, creation of Test Protocols, standard operating procedures and checklist. Training & education to internal as well as external stakeholders. Demonstration of process documents, design standards and One- Point lessons.


• Responsible for monitoring, maintaining & tracking daily progression of 2D and Cut-list process. Generation of reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders on periodic defined frequency.


• Performing Root cause Analysis and implementation of identified countermeasures. Promote culture of statistical problem solving & Total Quality Management through employee engagement initiatives


• Responsible for site visits & factory visits as per monthly calendar planner, incorporate the observations & actionable from site visits into process improvement initiatives.


• Lead Cross functional teams on Quality Processes, Core Quality Tools, LEAN & Six Sigma Methodologies. Develop robust Quality processes & practices across the functions.


• Part of Central team for any upcoming products and new raw materials test implementations. Collaborate with R&D / technical teams for implantation & execution of New Product development.


• Understanding of Business Process Management & responsible to Design and deploy standardized processes, Standard Operating Procedures and checklist across Gate Stages of CTQ's Parameters.


• Work with Operations, Design, Procurement and Execution teams to standardize the processes through analytical problem-solving approach.


• High skills on Cross functional stakeholder management.


• GEMBA & Process walks: Perform Site Visits & Factory visits to study the existing process and identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement process improvement initiatives in coordination with Cross functional team and develop standard operating procedures on focus areas.


• Assist Design Innovation & L&D teams in Training and development to involved stakeholders. Effective involvement in determining countermeasure & building robust plans for corrective and preventive actions.


• Assist Central Quality team in Daily Monitoring & performance tracking mechanism for Cost of Poor Quality (Project No., Person, Project Category, Reasons for error etc.)

The Ideal Candidate


• Experience : 6+ Yrs. , preferably from designing Industry


• Education: Interior Designing / B.Arch. / B.E (Design/Civil) (Post


• Graduation is a Plus), NIFD/NID or equivalent Tier I colleges


• Tools & Professional Knowledge: AutoCAD , Google Sketchup , MS Office, Power BI, Six Sigma (Good to have)
