We're looking for a Senior Representative, Fund Administration to join our GLOBAL TRANSFER AGENCY INVESTOR SOLUTIONS team based in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll:- Provide high-quality client service and support to internal and external clients daily
- Perform complex operational tasks and analysis in fund administration
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain regulatory compliance and minimize risk exposure
- Identify, investigate, and resolve problems in client accounts
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance
- Review and check the work of fund administration support staff
Requirements:
- Work experience in brokerage processing
- Local/regional licenses or certifications as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
