Responsibilities:
  • Managing financial transactions (invoices, payments, and expenses)
  • Recording daytoday financial transactions and completing the posting process
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Generating financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Providing support during audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an accountant or in a relevant role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local taxation laws and regulations in Maharashtra
