  • Document asis workflows and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform and share variance analysis reporting (budget/forecast vs. actuals).
  • Provide inputs for Board, Lenders and Investors materials, including summary outputs, budget vs. actuals, and reporting packages.
  • Enhance and maintain key marketing KPIs to drive better investment decisions, such as return on spend at the program or initiative level, more efficient acquisition strategies by understanding underlying business drivers, cohort analysis and customer journeys.
  • Continuously improve accuracy by understanding the underlying business drivers.
  • Update assumptions with inputs from operational business improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 35 years professional experience in an analytical role developing financial models utilizing data driven systems
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft products, specifically Excel
  • Experience with D365 budgeting/forecasting software, or other reporting tools
  • Good understanding of accounting a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to break down and explain complex concepts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
