We are looking for an ambitious and energetic (Senior) Game Success Manager to help us develop a positive customer experience and foster a healthy working relationship with our clientele.

You are a bridge between our community and business development teams, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience while maximizing business growth and profitability.

Lysto is a gamer's network, empowering players to build and showcase their gaming credentials as they train, challenge and compete, find teams and communities and win rewards, all while playing the games they love.


We're on a mission to build scalable & robust technology solutions for mobile and PC gaming studios to playtest their games as well as support their player acquisition efforts by leveraging our creators and gaming communities, reaching 22 Million+ gamers.


Lysto has raised a total of $15M in seed funding and intends to use these resources to make a mark in the gaming tech ecosystem by investing it in the right product and team.


The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Subject Matter Expertise & Sales Support:
  • Bring experience in player acquisition for game studios and assist the business development team with creative ideas on running and executing player acquisition campaigns using the various channels available at Lysto.
  • Build close relationships with internal stakeholders in the operations and community teams and constantly learn about new opportunities to benefit your customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Support customers during their transition from sales prospects.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders at gaming studios that often extend beyond individual projects.
  • Take ownership of the overall process with active accounts.
  • Review and address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Travel to industry conferences as well as client offices to meet relevant decision makers in person and to establish a positive rapport with them.
  • Customer Retention & Upselling:
  • Retain customers beyond the pilot campaign by conceptualizing, presenting and helping execute a long term vision for game studios to work with Lysto.
  • Build ongoing campaign plans and pitch it to the decision makers at game studios along with the Business Development team to drive continued recurring revenue.
  • Develop innovative approaches to encourage customers to explore additional products and services, ultimately increasing their overall spending.
  • Training and Education:
  • Create training and educational materials for the rest of the team to learn from.
  • Ensure that customers understand platform features and mechanics.
  • Be a thought leader inside and outside the organization around player acquisition
  • Work closely with Marketing & Content to come up with relevant material and customer case studies to position Lysto as a leader in the player acquisition space.
  • Regularly update the internal team on the progress of customer campaigns and share feedback on product and process improvements, leading over overall customer satisfaction.
  • Help to create a game success management playbook for future hires in the team to follow Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, retention, or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e. g. , Excel, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for understanding customer psychology and driving positive experiences.
