Job Description:
We are looking for a highly-capable SharePoint administrator to manage our SharePoint environment.

You will be configuring our SharePoint platform, configuring subsites, adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures.


To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users.


An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online Installing/Configuring the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.


  • Support enduser support such as creating user account, configuring site collection, manage user permission, and website,.
  • Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform including version updates, patches.
  • Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Monitoring service response time and tuning the performance.
  • Providing SharePoint support and enduser training.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Answering troubleshooting requests.
  • Creating/Debugging/Publishing web part using SharePoint Designer.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate Business User needs to provide efficient and innovate solutions.
  • Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing cleanups and archiving data.
  • Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized userexperiences.
  • Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience And Skill Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experiences as an enterprise level SharePoint administrator.
  • Foundation knowledge of Cloud environment and Infrastructures.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • ASP.NET/C# Development experience preferred.
  • Experience With Jira/Confluence Preferred.
  • Need SharePoint design, implementation, and deployment experience at enterprise level.
  • Must have explicit handon experience with SharePoint 2019 including OneDrive, eDiscovery, and Enterprise search.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to create software design and engineering documents.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines is essential.
