About the Role:

  • We are looking for builders and straight up hustlers to help us scale our Salesforce CRM. A Salesforce Administrator would be the one who has consistently delivered high internal customer satisfaction, and thrive in taking full ownership of delivering delight to all the stakeholder who would be end users of the CRM. We don't pretend that it'll be easy joining a company and embarking on the scaleup phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You'll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually reprioritizing what must get done.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Become a champion for the data that lives within our CRM — ensuring that our sales, ABM, Accounts Management teams are entering information correctly, updating as needed, and that our handoff to customer success (CS) is accurate.
  • Sales, ABM and CS tech stack management: which can include other tools like Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salestrail, etc.
  • Design and implement custom solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Have a good understanding of system integrations to fill the gaps between upstream and downstream systems.
  • Work with program managers and stakeholders to uncover process gaps and develop elegant solutions.
  • Experienced with workflows/ process builders and lightning flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business and technical requirements for features to be built on the CRM.
  • Manage organisation licences, and costs in collaboration with the team members.

Desired Experience:

  • Successful track record of working in and maintaining Salesforce CRM.
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of tools in the revenue stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform, Lead/Contact Enrichment tools, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to resolve issues
  • Comfortable using modern tools like Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot
  • Strong adherence to SLAs and processes
