As an Automotive Lighting Validation Consultant specializing in Ansys Speos, you'll play a pivotal role in developing this industry-leading product, renowned for its prowess in designing and simulating automotive lighting systems. Working alongside accomplished experts in automotive lighting, you'll contribute to the refinement and enhancement of Ansys Speos,

ensuring its compliance with evolving industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret changes and updates in Automotive Lighting Regulations and Standards
  • Validate the accuracy and functionality of Ansys Speos optical material library according to the standards, ensuring performance in automotive lighting simulations.
  • Collaborate with the Ansys Speos Product Development team, providing insights and support to enhance product features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Automotive regulations such as SAE, ECE, AIS or FMVSS Standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Solid grasp of photometric concepts such as luminous intensity, luminance, and Illuminance, essential for accurate validation of Ansys Speos optical material library and simulation results.
  • Preferred 1+ years of hands-on experience with Ansys Speos, demonstrating practical proficiency in its application.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in programming languages like MATLAB or Python will be advantageous, enabling the development of automation scripts in the future.
  • Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, coupled with a continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry advancements.
  • Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and project execution.
