Title – Restaurant Manager – 1 Post I Asst Restaurant Manager – 1 Post

Role Description

The Restaurant Manager/s will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The Restaurant Manager/s will also be responsible for communicating with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in hiring and training staff
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

Further, the role of providing effective leadership to the Restaurant operations ensures upkeep of equipment, business goals, cost control, ultimate guest satisfaction, proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualification & Desired Candidate profile:

  • An experienced Restaurant Manager with a brand hotels / chain of brand Restaurants with at least 2-5 years experience Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Exemplary F&B product knowledge, motivating the team to look upon.
  • ONLY apply with IHM/HM or Diploma in hospitality. High degree of emotional quotient.
