Americana Restaurants serves as the franchisee for renowned brands in the fast food and casual dining industry, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee's, Krispy Kreme, Wimpy, Costa Coffee, and TGI Friday's.

This position is initially on the Vendor Partner payroll and based on performance, there is a possibility of transitioning to the Permanent payroll depending on project requirements. Kindly confirm your acceptance of this arrangement.

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-4 years

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will showcase a deep passion for design, a solid grasp of user-centered design principles, and the knack for transforming user needs into elegant and functional design solutions. This role presents a stimulating chance to engage in diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and significantly enhance the end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design concepts and interactions.
  • Craft intuitive user interfaces and experiences that adhere to brand guidelines, usability standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to acquire insights and guide design choices.
  • Refine designs based on feedback, user testing results, and usability discoveries.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions and maintain design coherence across platforms.
  • Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and contribute to the enhancement of our design processes with a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar capacity, supported by a strong portfolio of design projects and a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and interaction design concepts.
  • Experience in executing user research, usability testing, and analysis to steer design decisions.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, possessing an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to translate intricate requirements into simple and intuitive design solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling the articulation of design concepts and justifications to stakeholders.
  • Previous exposure to working in an Agile development environment is beneficial.
