is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for day-to-day Computer Typing Operator cum small administrative office work with knowledge of MS Office having proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, excellent letter drafting skills, strong written skill in English (spelling & grammars).

Key Responsibilities_:


  • Assist the Officer Incharge in daytoday tasks and projects
  • Preparation of Draft Letters for Client/Subcontractor/vendor, etc.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets and data analysis
  • Draft and edit letters, memos, and other correspondence
  • Preparation of Power Point Presentation as per requirement.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Place purchase orders and monitor shipment progress.
  • Efficiently manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, payments, and received stock as well as procurement transactions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations.

Experience_:

Minimum 2-3 year in the relevant field/office work.

Qualification_:

Graduation having minimum 60% marks. (Minimum 70% marks in English)
